To program a Regency TS-1 Scanner, first put it in manual mode and enter the frequency you want on each channel. For example if you are on channel 1 and want to program 154.190, just type the numbers and hit enter.

∙ 14y agoStart by turning the unit on with the POWER button.
Push the MANUAL button.
Push until you see the Channel you want to enter the frequency in -i.e: Ch 1 Ch2 CH3 etc.
Enter the frequency with all the digits needed - i.e: 44.94 / 44.98 / 154.965 / 155.610 etc
Then push the ENTER button. The frequency will now be in the Channel "Ch" you chose.
To verify you may push the DISPLAY button which will show the frequency you entered into that frequency.
While still in the manual mode - go the the channel you expect to listen to most - then push "DELAY/HOLD". This will hold the scan so you will get the reply from the dispatch unit to the receiving unit. You may do this in several channels but this will reduce effectiveness as then the scanner will delay in channels you don't need to listen too as a priority.
Push the "LOCK" button to lock out channels you no longer want to listen to, or that you want to lock out temporarily.
This particular unit will hold 10 Channel selections.
