Select menu, click on system setup, select 'remote', select 'program remote', select 'tv', select your type of TV. Slide the top slider on your remote to 'TV', press and hold the yellow select button and the mute button until the light above TV on the remote flashes twice, enter the first remote code on the screen and then press power to see if the tv shuts off. If the TV does not shut off repeat for the other codes on the screen.
