You could say either of these two:
1. Ya lyooblyoo tyebya.
2. Ya tyebya lyooblyoo.
That's not the official way of spelling the words in English, but that's how you would pronounce them.
In Russian they look like this:
1. Я люблю тебя.
2. Я тебя люблю.
