How do you protect your cardiovascular system?

Answer:
Participate in regular aerobic exercise weekly. Consume foods low in cholesterol and high in fiber. Change the balance of diet where there are more varied vegetables/fruit and fewer flesh foods. Add foods/tablets high in Omega-3. STOP SMOKING IMMEDIATELY! Limit simple carbohydrates of all sorts. Lower processed foods. (Just a few suggestions)
