3. respect your customer as a person and treat them how you would want to be treated.
4. if they have a problem, believe that they have a problem even if it goes against your knowledge
5. accept that everyone is different so don't try to use a standard response to tactic.
6. remember that the customer is always right, even when they are wrong.
Finally,
leave work at work, go home and relax and don't think of work. That way you can be refreshed for the next day and you won't be stressed or frustrated which will reduce your ability to do the above.
