milie bug mainly affects Papaya tree and Seetha fruit tree. In the initial stages you can distroy this organism by spraying water to the affected areas of the plant in great force. Also try a mixture of tobacco juice, detergent soap and water. Ants play a major role in transferring this insect from one plant to another. So take measures to control ants in household plants. There is no specific insecticide available in India against this insect tilldate.

When your yucca plant becomes too tall for the space, it is in, gently remove it from the pot. Determine where the halfway mark is on the trunk or a point where you wish to be pruning a yucca that is above the halfway point. Using a saw or a sharp pair of loppers, cut the trunk in half and repot the bottom rooted end of the trunk. Water well and then you are done with your pruning.

All you need to do is cut off the dead leaves, it doesn't need any pruning.
