Answerif your using the software the Mp3 player came with You should have a folder Named My computer. Click the plus symbol. go to program files, document settings, your name, the shared folder. if you do it this way your songs show up. highlight, right click, go to send to , and your Mp3 Player should show up as a new drive. then clickI use LimeWire.
when you download music from limewire it automatically goes to a folder in MyDocuments called Limewire. In your music player or Itunes or whatever you have open the limewire files there and then sync to your mp3
