Start by gathering one leg into your hands, gathering the leg so that you have easy access to the seam at the toe. Put your foot into the leg and pull to the ankle. Repeat with the other leg. Alternate pulling the leg up to and over the knee on both legs. Once over the knee, continue to alternately go one leg at a time until the legs are completely up and you have only the panty left. Pull the panty up over your hips. If you follow this type of process, your pantyhose will look good and you won't have any type of bags, sags or uneven areas.
