Log on to Webkinz.
Click things to do and select the code shop.
Enter your code. You will receive your prize.

well actually i had the same problem and i got a webkinz "binder"
u can get i in bending machines the ones with the cards in them sometimes i see them t walmart or target.
DUDE its not obvious what they need to do? they just make intense, passionate love, and on a bed, just to give little kids an idea about family life!
