YOU HAVE TO START THE COMPUTER IN SAFE MODE BY KNOCKING F8 through the key board LOL! then a small restore program starts called Angle recover and in one and a half hours your pc is back to factory settings this has got to be the worst laptop i have ever seen just rember go big or go home you have got to be looking at £500 + to get a good lap top thats why i say go big or go home
