The camera operates on batteries, weather nicad( rechargeable) or alkaline or lithium. So no matter what, you must recharge batteries. If you purchase rechargeable batteries and the charger, you can recharge them outside the camera. If you don't recharge batteries with the supplied charger, you will shorten the life span of the batteries or kill them.
It is better to get rechargeable batteries. This way, you will be able to recharge them and save money in the long run if you use your camera often.
No. It's impossible, unless some wonderful invention is invented.
When I was travelling overseas I had my optus prepaid phone with me... I recharged by 1) getting someone in Australia to buy phone credit and then giving me the serial no. /recharge code etc then you call and recharge from your phone or via the internet 2) use a credit card to buy one online and recharge online
I heard the camera from Atwin8g is in Australia.

Recharge (or replace) the battery. The zoom take a lot of battery power so, although the camera turns on, the battery is drained by the zoom.

If you own a Panasonic camera, you may need to buy extra batteries. Some Panasonic camera users might take an above-average number of photos. When the battery wears out, you must recharge the battery before using your camera. Buying extra Panasonic camera batteries can enable you to continue using your device.
It means it won't power your camera any more. Unless you recharge it, that is. If in the event that recharging fails to restore the battery's charge, then it simply means it's time to get a new battery.
It is very easy. You should have received a battery charger along with the camera and you just need to remove the battery from the camera and place it in that charger or if not you can go the manual to know which charger model you need to use
