There are websites such as "Card Recovery" that you can go on. This should recover all of your pictures etc. but at the end, it will ask for a payment of around £25 in order to save the pictures.
There also exist plenty of "no-kidding" freeware recovery software options. The below listed related link review and points to some of the better ones.

∙ 14y agoIt depends! First place to try is the Recycle bin. This holds files that you delete from the main drives until you empty it, giving you a chance to recover files you deleted by mistake. Files that you delete from attached devices, like USB memory sticks do not generally get put in the recycle bin however.
So, if the file is in the Recycle bin, just restore it.
If that's not the case then you may still be able to recover the deleted pictures but you must avoid writing any new data to the disk where the files were stored. When files are deleted, the data is left on the disk, but the space where they were located is marked as freespace by the operating system and is available for new files and data to be written to. Once new data is written to the area of the disk where your deleted files once were, then they will be lost forever.
A word of warning - browsing the internet, using email, opening and closing applications, downloading files etc may involve files being written to the computer's disk and increases the chances of overwriting your deleted pictures.
Similarly, if the deleted pictures are on a camera card, dont save any more photos to the card.
So, use a different computer to browse for a solution.

∙ 12y agoIf you have deleted it from a picture folder it might be in the recycle bin. If you have emptied the recycle bin since the time you deleted the photo then chances are you will not be able to recover it. Woops, just after I put that answer I saw your categories... I don't know about iPods and facebook...

The question is confusing and you will have to be straight when asking such question next time, it depends on what particular place the picture was deleted from but not withstanding the only licensed recovery expert to help in such situation is cyberspacetech86@gmail and without a benefit of doubt your deleted picture will be restored, and as far as i can tell they are the best in what they do.

∙ 14y agoIf it was removed to the recycle bin you can restore it by entering the bin and selecting that image, then choosing the restore option. If you actually deleted it, it is gone for good.

Which computer doesnt matter, it's the memory stick that's important. When you delete pictures from a memory stick, the data is normally still left on the card, but the area where it was stored is marked as freespace and new files can be written there. So, dont save anymore data to the memory stick as this might well overwrite your deleted pictures.
