Play Mystery Dungeon 3, finish the story mode, do a few missions, and you will unlock Shaymin Village. Go there with Dialga, and when you reach the peek, you must fight Grimers and Muks. Use Dialga's Roar Of Time(They are VERY hard to defeat!!) a few times, and when you beat them all, you can go back. Come back to the peek later, and talk to Shaymin. It will ask to join the team. :D

Also, you can get Gracidea Flowers from a Shaymin in the Shaymin Village, and you can use them on Shaymin to turn it into Sky Forme. ONLY WORKS IN DUNGEONS
