How can you defreeze the chicken?

Wrap in foil and reheat in oven. At least 45 minutes at 350, depending on amount.
Check internal temp to 180(dark meat) 170(white meat)

if you fry frozen chicken the outside is going to be done and the inside probably won't even be cooked at all, never the less all the splatering the oil would do with the moisture in the chicken coming out in the oil and splattering it all over the stove.

put in oven for at least 20 minutes 170-180 C

yes you can but watch out because the oil will be popping so i recommend that you wait until it unfreezes its much safer

Yes, why can't it. I always heat mine up in the conventional oven so there isn't that rubber like feel on the skin. It'll be as good as when you made it.
