Powerade or Gatorade is your best answer. If you can't then drink about 2-3 bottles of water. Most people drink them fast witch is not correct. You need to lay back and chill. If you think your dehydrated you might just be stressed.

If you are mildly dehydrated, drink sips of water, suck on ice chips, drink carbohydrate/electrolyte-containing drinks such as Gatorade, and sucking Popsicles made from fruit juice and sportsdrinks, are also recommended.

Cooling the body is also very important to restore hydration. Remove any excess clothing or otter clothing, also, relaxing in an air conditioned environment is helpful, or if a cool room or environment isn't available, cover the body with wet towels. Spraying or misting the body with lukewarm water to help cool with evaporation.

They should drink electrolytes like Gatorade or Powerade. If they are in the hospital there is a special IV that they will be given.

We are 60-80% water. Maintaining adequate hydration level in our body is absolutely essential. Chemical reactions in our body don't work well when water levels are not appropriate.
