Not all people work for airlines therefore answering your question is almost impossible. You would have been better if you would have asked What is a Service Agent's job description? I'm a truck driver, maybe there people on Answers.com who work at airlines, I don't know, but maybe you should try relating your job to that of an AirPort Service Agent and see what you come up with.
