I am not sure that you can. I think that by the age of thirteen or fourteen they have the right to say who they live with as long as they are living with an adult.

I am not positive. Friends of ours got custody of their grandson, but when he turned 14 he decided to go back and live with his mother even though she could not provide for him very well.
