Seems easy enough. Go into task manager and stop process GRA.exe then lo a right key click on the GreenAv Icon and look at the properties. The directory it is in is Documents and Settings/AllUsers/Gra/etc.... delete everything in the Gra part of the directory. Once that is done run a good Registry cleaner (I use Registry Key) will take care of the rest. Then reboot. I just finished doing mine this week. I got tired of that blamed GreenAV driving me up the wall and figured out how to get rid of it. I think this will work permanently It has for three days now.
