I just learned this, at the bottom right hand corner of the monitor is an arrow pointing up, click it, right click the knctr symbol, select shut down, go into you program files, search for the file then delete it.
At the bottom right-hand corner of the monitor a little arrow pointing up can be found. Click this arrow, and then right click the KNCTR and choose the shut down option. Then the user can go into the program files and their control panel to remove the program.
Bottom right hand corner of the screen click the up arrow, then right clickthe KNCTR icon and click shutdown. Then uninstall the program using the Control Panel
Easy, go to your task manager.(Ctrl+Alt+Delete > Task manager). Then go to the processes tab. Scroll through until you find the initi.exe(something close to that) process, then right click and end the process. You should then be able to uninstall the program by going through the normal steps(Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a Program > KNCTR > Right Click > uninstall).Hope this helps. ^_^
