To remove it you have to go to cnet (see Related Links below) and download the Unlocker tool.
once you downloaded and installed that, press "windows key + F" and type in
"pcconfidential.exe" and then right click on this file and click unlocker.
When the unlocker window pops up you select delete out of the options in the drop down menu
at the bottom left hand corner and enjoy :D its gone.
