U JUST WASH YOUR HANDS AND PUT YOUR HEAD BACK AND TRY AND PUSH IT DOWN WITH YOUR FINGER UNTIL YOU CAN PULL IT OUT.THAN AFTER YOU CANT WASH IT WITH THE BOTTLE THAT THE EYE DOCTOR GIVES YOU.
Before removing contact lens, first wash your hands with soap & water. Throughly dry your hands. Make sure your room is properly well lit. Not sun lit, but with lights on. I usually turn on the bathroom light. Start with your right eye. Open your right eyelids with your left hand and try to find the contact. It is easy to find when you have the lights on. Look up, and use your finger (next to the thumb) right hand and your thumb to remove the contact. Do the same with your left eye. Hope that helps.

∙ 15y agoThe most common place for the lost contact lens in the eye is the upper recess of the conjunctiva. First begin by everting the lower lid and then the upper lid against a cotton bud, remove it gently. If you find pain in removing it or you can't find it, leave it to doctor.

∙ 15y agopretty much wait for it to come out... rinse lots of water and massage the top of the eyeball (lid closed) if it is up there. my mom once lost one up there for 2 weeks. if it really get's bad you can always go and see a doctor

∙ 14y agothis happens to me quite alot. just pull your eye lid over your eye and blink a few times and then look into the mirror and you should see the lense in the corner of your eye, pull it down and blink. should be fine

∙ 13y agoumm try to find out where it is and close your eyes and and try to feel where it is and then after with your eyes still closed try to push it down . sometimes it can be in the back of your eyes. if you still can get it out you should go see your eye doctor (; Hope this heelps.
