How do you get a security tag of a pair of jeans you had bought but they didn't take the tag off of and you lost the recite so you cant return it? Try a magnet, or return to the shop with the receipt

∙ 13y agoThe sensor is removed from the garment by the sales clerk at checkout. These are security sensors which activate the alarm system if taken between the entry/exit receptors in a store. The are removed by a magnet in normal situations however, you would need the correct pole, strength etc. If you are caught attempting to remove these some law enforcement organisations will prosecute on the ground of attempted theft.
