There are four holes on the back of the steering wheel. Incert a small screwdriver or other object to release the ball lock. Unlock each one holding it slightly so that it will not reengage. Watch for the air bag electric wire.
NEVER i mean NEVER remoev the air bags they are there to save your life. All those years of research means its there for reason. i mean after its like removing your brakes you need those the same way...

You will have to remove the inside of the glove box. Then look inside of it and to the right just down alittle to the right behind the dash and you will see it.
