Removing Faceplate on 360
Step One - First, make sure there is nothing connected or plugged into the front of the console and that the console is turned off.
Step Two - There is a crack between the xbox 360 faceplate and the rest of the xbox 360 console. To remove the faceplate, gently place something like a butter knife, a credit or debit card, or even your finger nails into the crack.
Step Three - After you do this, gently apply pressure on the faceplate so that you are pushing it away from the console and faceplate should pop off.
