There are many ways to remove dried primer paint splatters for wood furniture. First thing to try is extremely hot water. If that does not work a mild cleaning agent can also be tried. Moving on to stronger chemicals, Goof Off is the name of a product that will remove a lot of things. Chemicals to use as the last resort should be paint thinner or acetone lacquer thinner. And there is always the old elbow method and a scrapper.

You can sand it off, or use a stripper formulated for use on wood

before you do anything so drastic as sanding or stripping or as useless as hot water and starch-get some Gojo gritless cream hand cleaner-make SURE it is gritless-smear some on the paint and let it sit-then wipe and repeat until it is all gone-you'll be amazed.I had a HUGE spill. It will also get it out of your hair with patience.

How do you get Kilz primer off bathtub?

Best answer is to clean it off immediately while it is still wet. Once it has dried, it depends on the material the bathtub is composed of. If it's porcelain, use some lacquer thinner to melt the primer, then clean off the residue and polish. If it is fiberglass or plastic, then any solvent strong enough to remove the cured primer will also damage the surface of the bathtub. Use a razor blade to scrape off the primer, being careful to not damage the surface.
