One product I found that works very well on grease stains on clothing is "Greased Lightning", it is a spray, available at Walmart or large Supermarket, about $4.00. But you have to be careful, I have used it on workclothes and cottonfabric, anything else you will have to test a small area first, follow instructions on the bottle, do NOT use it on anything painted. I spray it on, let sit for a few minutes and launder as usual.

Cheese creates a protein stain, so avoid hot water it will make it worse. Remove as much of the stain as you can with a clean, dry paper towel. The soak it in cold water, with a pretreatment if you have one, to loosen the stain before you wash it.
