You need a flat-head screwdriver and a TORX bit to remove the door panel on a 2000 Corvette. Use the screwdriver to remove the rectangular panel behind the interior door pull. Next, remove the two TORX screws. Pull the interior door handle open and use the small slots to pry off the panel. Lastly, use the screwdriver to disengage the bottom clip and pull the door panel off.
Remove all screws and very very carefully slide the screw driver behind the panel and pull out.

Remove the wiring harness from your 2000 Dodge Stratus EGR valve. Remove the EGR valve retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new EGR valve.
remove the trim piece from inside the armrest, remove the 2 screws. Remove the red light at the end of the door panel (it prys out) remove the screw in there. Then remove the screw that is inside the air duct (towards the front of the car) Then lift the entire door panel UP and carefully remove it, make sure not to break the "legs" off the panel as the panel wont fit tightly back on if you do. Then disconnect the wires and its free.
