I work with paint quite often and get paint in my clothes all the time. I use Motsenbocker's Lift off, there is a few different kinds. You can pick it up at Lowe's. Spray it on your clothes then rub it together to work it into the fabric. I do it a few times if it's really bad.

Fortunately, latex is the easiest paint to get out. Get some "goof off" and try it in an inconspicuous area. If the colors don't bleed and the material doesn't melt (some synthetics don't like paint remover) put some on the paint then using a scrub brush, work the paint loose and rinse.

First ,try to soften the paint. I rub a rag with Goof Off on it over the paint, or even pour Goof Off on top of it. Almost all paint will soften in an hour or two. At that point I try to peel it off with fingers or very carefully with a craft knife. Once the bulk of it is off I use a nail brush with Goof Of to scrub it, then wash it in warm water.

Try using shout or any other stain remover that you know of. If that doesn't work, than I'm not so sure.

Water, water and more water! Keep it wet! Some soap and agitation by rubbing with another cloth or a soft brush will help.
