I use Dawn dish soap and a medium bristle brush. Rub the dish soap into the pores and leave set-wait about 15 minutes and repeat. Rinse and inspect and if spots still appear repeat again.

After doing as the above poster advised (Dawn dish soap does get oils out and I had to use it on my cat when she fell into someone's oil) use a powerwasher. While you're at it clean the house and all sidewalks because it cleans like crazy.
