Mud stains can be removed from dry cloth. With the wet cloth wipe it fully. And using soap solution with water remove the mud from auto paint.

Dont remove it, paint over it with gold-colored paint.
If the paint dries it will, but if it is NOT dry you can remove it with hot water

Blood, like other protein stains, will bleed through paint. The newer the blood stain the more it will bleed through. Your best bet would be to apply a coat of primer/sealer before applying paint.
Try CLR. It removes rust from many things without damage.
You will need to use a sealant, such as Killz, to keep the stains from bleeding through the new paint.
