Loosen the bolt and disconnect the steering column joint. After the put your car on jack-stands, remove front wheels. Disconnect the steering joints. Disconnect the sway bar, remove bolts attaching it to the frame. Remove bolts attaching the rack the frame, remove the rack through the drivers side.

You need to make sure that you have all necessary tools, especially you will need a brake bar to loosen bolts attaching the power steering rack. Also you will need a tool capable of disconnecting joints.
