call safelite glass repair

Depending on how deep the scratches are 3M makes a polish to remove them. You use a drill and buffing wheel. I've only done this once in the past to an '83 T/A windshield. It was scuffed up fairly bad from someone letting a a wiper blade completely deteriorate. It did a very good job and compared to the other answer of "call safelite" it's a lot cheaper. You should be able to find it at a decent auto parts store.

you can either go to your local best buy or blockbuster and ask them to buff it or you can take a banana peel rub it on your disc then use window cleaner on it then buf it with a towel

sometimes you can use tooth paste to get it off.

but using dry mustard and white vinegar helps too.
