I need help with cleaning sinks that are porcelain. I have a porcelain kitchen sink that is stained. How can I remove the stains without scratching the porcelain?
It depends what the sink's made of. Neat bleach should remove the stains but if it's a metal sink then that could cause rust. If it is metal or enamel sink then try scrubbing it with biological washing powder and salt - and make sure you rinse it very well after.

"Comet" powder, it does wonders. Get your sink a little damp, then sprinkle on a little of the "Comet" powder; and let it sit for like 2 minutes. Rise the sink well, after.
There are many ways to clean a laundry sink. One could use baking soda or even leave a denture tablet in the sink overnight with warm water. This should remove the stains in the sink.
Bleach would probably work. Let it soak a bit
There should be a nut around the chrome pipe holding it to the brass. Loosen the nut and pull the chrome pipe out.
Dunno about Head and Shoulders stains, but I badly blackened my stainless steel sink with a weak solution of hydrochloric acid a while ago. I tried various things, but Brasso did a pretty good job in the end.
how do i remove vick stains
