My daughter had to get staples in her head 8 days ago, and I just removed them a second ago. The nurse at the hospital gave me a little tool to take them out with. You just have to put it in and squeeze. The staples will just pop right out. Do not yank on them. I just saw a video on u tube that had a guy doing it to his friend. Maybe that will help some. It shows the tool, and how to use it. Hope this helps a bit!!

∙ 12y agoyou pretty much just pull it out gently and then youll bleed for a bit but wash it up and put a bandaid on it

∙ 13y agouse wire cutters to cut the middle of the staple and then you can remove each side of the staple out of the skin. painless and cheap...did it myself.
