You could weld a larger nut to the outside and continue to turn it off, or cut the studs and replace them. Welding an extension is a good idea but not everyone can do that. Cutting the studs will not help unless you cut through the rim and destroy that. It would probably cost less to pay for a tow and a mechanic. One option is to use a small grinding wheel to re-shape the outside of the nut so that a smaller 6-sided socket can be hammered on. Another approach is to drill out the stud (not all the way through, just until the bolt falls off). The ruined stud can be pounded out and replaced with a new stud.
That car may have locking lug nuts if they are the factory originals. You would need the "key" for the lug nuts in order to remove them.
KIA lug nuts are the same as other lug nuts on other car makes. To remove or tighten them, use a standard lug nut wrench or the one found in the trunk of your KIA.
If you have mangled or stripped the little metal covers on the lug nuts, try to remove the cover then use an 18mm socket on the lug.
Not a recommended practice.
To change the a wheel assembly on a car: 1. Loosen the lug nuts. 2. Raise the car as required and put on a stand. 3. Finish taking off the lug nuts. 4. Remove the wheel and put the replacement wheel in place. 5. Put the lug nuts back on, remove the stand and lower the car. 6. Tighten the lug nuts.
Loosen the lug nuts counterclockwise. Next, jack up car at the jack points (there are covers below the rocker panels). Jack up car, unloosen all the lug nuts. Remove wheel, replace wheel. Tighten lug nuts until they are seated against the rim. Lower car. Tighten lug nuts crosswise. Next stop, have the lug nuts torqued down.

remove the jack. remove the hubcap. loosen the lug nuts. Raise the vehicle. remove the lug nuts. remove the flat tire. replace the tire. tighten the lug nuts. lower vehicle. tighten the lug nuts again. replace the hubcap.
It is easier if you loosen or 'crack' the nuts before you jack up the car. But do not remove them
