If you are dealing with a delicate fabric such as silk, the removal of superglue will most likely damage the material further. It's more easily removed on fabrics such as a pair of jeans. You'll soak the tip of a cotton swab in an acetone based nail polish remover. Let it set on the superglue stain for a minute or so. Take a toothbrush, or very fine sandpaper, and scrub the area until the layers of glue start to flake off. If using sandpaper be sure not to scrub too much as to destroy the fabric underneath. Once the glue is removed, pre treat the spot with a liquid clothes detergent, or a product such as shout, and place it in the wash.
