I know that on a 2002 Crown Vic, you need to use the "tapered end" of the "wheel nut wrench" that came with the car. It's supposed to be located in the glove compartment. There may be a "pry off notch" on the center wheel ornament. If you don't have it, you can supposedly order one from McGard Inc. Good luck !

There are no wires to change - coil over plug. To change the plugs unscrew the old ones. put the new ones in their place. Torque to spec.
If I remember right, on our 99 Cv it on the drivers side of the front center of the vehicle under the firewall.
