Facing the same dilemma myself, I can at least answer your question with a more helpful one: How do you remove the interior door panel? This will almost undoubtably be the first step. Once the panel is gone the hardware securing the mirror should be accessible. Good Luck
There should be some screws around the peremiter of the door panel, check round the door handle as well, after all screws are removed, carefully pull panel off and should be able to acess mirror bolts, make sure u unplug electrical connectors as well
