Same as you would any other engine, get a chiltons manual and it will explain the process however get some help. The first time you do an engine swap its easy to get in over your head.
if your talking about the engine cover inside the van under the dash! on each Sid eof it back under the dash there are 2 latches on each side un latch them and carefully pull it out!
Pretty major undertaking. Taking it out is a lot easier than putting it back IN however. You should start by picking up a comprehensive mechanic's manual for that make/model.
