GM tilt wheel? First remove horn pad soom pull off others are screws. (next)remove horn wire turning ccw while pressing down,now remove the retaining clip,now remove steering wheel nut.you will need awheel puller &two bolts for puller.for steering wheel removal,other tools:lock plate compressor,phillps driver,1/4nutdriver,needle nose,two picks,and or torx sockets.now with lock compresser install on shaft pressing down to expose lock ring,with two picks remove ring,loosen tool now four screws at turn single switch forth in hazard button then unplug wires at lower column yes more screws for dash panel.now pulling upward remove switch if resists lossen six column bolts and remove plastic sleeve next remove lock cylinder bolt then lock cylinder.turn signal lever pull out wiper switch then three torx bolts for housing.
