pull the cup holder off by prying it from the bottom, remove the 10mm screw found underneath it, then with the door fully open, pry the panel with a large screwdriver starting from the bottom and working your way up. once the fasteners are pulled away from the door raise up the panel a few inches and pull it out toward the front.
