First, remove the ashtray and gently pull the ashtray frame out of its clips. You should see three 8mm screws holding the bottom of the radio. Again with your fingers, gently remove the upper ac vent from its clips. Use your fingers for both operations. They pull straight out, but don't force too much. You will then find two screws holding the top of the unit. Remove them and the ac controls and radio will slide right out. the radio is held to the frame by 4 screws.
