Many wipers are removed by pulling out on the arm a little to reveal a tab underneath or an insertion hole which a small screwdriver can be inserted through to hold the wiper arm out from the glass. Then it can be wiggled off. Without locking it in place, it can be difficult to get the arm off.

How do you replace the rear windshield wiper on a 2001 Town and Country Van?

The rear wiper blade attaches the same as the front wiper blades. The 2001 Chrysler Town & Country has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See sources and related links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

Replace rear wiper refill or blade on 2001-2007 Chrysler town and country?

Since rear wiper blades undergo substantial abuse - especially in icy/snowy locations - and most vehicle owners do not replace the rear wiper very often, I highly recommend replacing the entire wiper blade assembly (blade and frame) vs. (rubber wiper refill blade). It is only a few dollars difference.Be sure you get the correct-fitting replacement wiper blade.
