Easy. Stick your ignition key in the keyhole under the seat. Turn it and "pop" - up it pops.
The lock is just forward of the rear light lens, pointing almost directly downwards at the left hand rear...
The back of the seat has a key hole. Insert ignition key, turn, lift and slide aft a bit. Seat will go back on with the key or without (just press down hard without key).

You have to remove the Allen bolt on the rear of the passenger seat, then remove the two Allen bolts exposed when you removed the passenger seat. The driver seat should slide back and off now.
