The screws are either gonna be Phillips or torques head, so act accordingly. there should be to on the outside corner, and if you open the tailgate there should be two more in there. after removing all four the assembly will hinge open almost like a door.
There are 2 tab locks, 1 at the top and bottom of the assembly. On the bottom is a small hole for prying it open. GENTLY hold the tab back while prying the assembly open.
Scrape the sealant goop out of the grooves and fill the grooves with black or clear silicone. Position the back up light reflector and the foam gasket.
After that it snaps back together easy as pie.
