After the cap screws are removed if the wheel will not come off it is due to a reaction between the aluminum wheel and the iron hub . The only way to remove the wheel at this point is with a large ( sledge ) hammer and a wooden block to protect the wheel. After the wheel is removed clean the two mating surfaces with a wire brush and coat them with an antiseize compound before the wheel is reinstalled.
