This is a common problem. I use HP Express and Olympics Master. With both of those programs, I just pressed continue for every picture, and then I got all the pictures with no problems! If you have 250 pictures with write-protect on them, you will have to press "continue" 250 times! But this is the only way I figured out to get the pictures without dumping them or the card.
