Crawl under your Blaze from the passenger side and look down your exhaust pipe. You will see a sensor sticking out. Make sure the exhaust pipe isn't hot. Unplug the sensor and remove. Do yourself a favor and use only an OEM replacement sensor. Be sure to buy and anti-seeze compound and apply a little to the threads before installing.
