Check, your speed sensor, its all i had to replace on mine, you'll need to remove the air intake, to have access to the sensor, and you will need a small 10mm socket and ratchet to remove the 2 bolts that secure the sensor, i purchased mine from eBay at around 30 plus shipping. the sensor is mounted on the transmission, to the fire wall side of the transmission. and has a three wire connector on it. be carful when you're pulling it off, it has a pin that can fall out, you might need to reuse the pin if you purchase the sensor with out the pin. it took me like an hour to change it out my self, after i located the sensor.
Auto parts store was asking 110, for the same sensor, i went with the eBay price, just had to wait a few days,

There is no speedometer cable - all is electronic. A speed sensor mounted on transaxle connects to the back of your speedometer cluster, and trasmits that way. It's not mechanical like old cars.
